A major producer's brief is usually locked down long before tender day. These four layers, held against each group and refreshed as work advances, let you act before that window closes.
Every project a group has in motion, tagged by stage from early study to feasibility, build and steady-state production, so you time your move to land while requirements are still being written.
How each mine ladders up into its corporate owner and which on-site team actually runs it, pointing you at the precise body that signs off vendor accreditation.
Which consulting engineer or EPC house has been handed the job, the middle layer that drafts the spec and parcels purchase orders out to vendors below them.
Current, name-level contacts for the buying leads and budget holders at each producer, released to you in full as soon as a subscription is active.

Why suppliers use AMIQ
Just a handful of large, diversified houses account for most of what Africa digs up, spread across gold, platinum group metals, coal, copper and diamonds. They hold the lion's share of producing assets and the multi-year capital builds feeding them, which is exactly why they hand out so much of the supply work worth winning.
Vendors who get in front of these houses ahead of the pack tend to keep the relationship for years. Because requirements firm up well ahead of any public notice, knowing which asset is moving up a phase and which firm holds the design mandate gives you the chance to accredit and introduce yourself while there is still room to influence the scope.
The platform reaches past the headline names too, taking in the smaller explorers and rising producers feeding the next wave of contracts, so a relationship can start before a company is widely known. From the directory above you can set off from one producer, a single commodity, or a territory like South Africa.
One subscription, and the project lists, ownership maps and name-level buyer contacts for Africa's largest producers are all in one place.
Questions suppliers ask
They sit across a few commodities. Gold and PGMs are led by Sibanye-Stillwater, AngloGold Ashanti, Harmony Gold and Impala Platinum. Coal belongs to Exxaro Resources and Sasol, diamonds to Debswana, and diversified base metals to Glencore. The platform follows these heavyweights together with the smaller players coming up behind, letting you jump from a name to its live workload.
Because these houses sit on most of the continent's working mines and the multi-year builds attached to them, they keep a heavy flow of supply work circulating. Securing accreditation with them while an asset is still in study, rather than after a notice lands, is what turns into repeat orders instead of a single sale.
The directory above is the quick route. Tapping a commodity chip sorts producers by output, with gold, copper, diamond, coal and platinum all covered, and the territory links pull the list down to Southern Africa, South Africa, or the whole continent. Each path drops you onto the operators and the work sitting beneath them.
Against every house you get its slate of projects with the phase each sits at, the corporate owner and the team running it day to day, whichever engineer or EPC firm has the mandate, and locked, checked details for the people approving budget. The angle throughout is the vendor selling in, not the producer itself.
It is. Buyer details attached to each project are validated and kept fresh, and they unlock for you as soon as billing starts. Across the board the records are updated as phases progress and ownership shifts hands.
