About this manual
The Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2 of 2000 (PAIA), gives effect to the constitutional right of access to information held by public and private bodies. Section 51 of PAIA requires private bodies, including the Company, to compile a manual describing the records we hold and the procedure for requesting access to them.

How to request access to records
Requests for access to records held by the Company must be made on the prescribed request form and submitted as set out in our PAIA Manual, which also details the applicable fees and the grounds on which access may be granted or refused.

The Information Regulator
PAIA is overseen by the Information Regulator (South Africa). If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a request, remedies including complaints to the Information Regulator are described in the official PAIA Guide above.
